About the role
As a client-facing UX designer, you will deliver primary and secondary research and client interviews to ensure that all projects are driven by user needs and business outcomes. You’ll facilitate and manage the collection and prioritisation of business requirements from clients and explain, internally and externally the rationale for creative choices.
Day-to-day, you will:
Generate thorough deliverables that are concise and well-designed, including research reports, personas, scenarios, conceptual models, site maps, functional flows, and annotated wireframes
Generate heuristic analysis reports on existing experiences
Maintain vigilance on usability and flawless execution throughout the process
Create lasting client relationships based on value, quality, logic, and responsiveness
Serve as the voice of structure, usability, and results for the engagement
Stay current on emerging trends in online consumer behaviour, technologies and design
Contribute to the insights and direction of creative briefs, as needed
Travel, as needed.
You will likely have more than 4 years’ relevant UX experience.
You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human Factors, Computer Interaction, Behavioral Psychology, Human/Computer Interaction, or similar degree. In some circumstances, specific experience may be a substitute for a degree. A Master’s qualification in a related discipline is an advantage.

Years of Experience:
4+ years relevant UX experience
Some management experience preferred, but not required
Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human Factors, Computer Interaction, Behavioral Psychology, Human/Computer Interaction, or similar degree; experience may substitute degree
Experience with UX disciplines such as UX research methods, information architecture, usability testing, and content strategies
Knowledge of visual design capabilities and strategies preferred
Experience translating requirements into design specifications
Experience researching, designing and/or proposing solutions with mobile layouts in mind
Capable of understanding and articulating technical feasibility of solutions
