Varied and busy administration and co-ordination support role.
Day-to-day, you will:
Create reports and send them out to relevant stakeholders
Liaise with employees to ascertain their project availability and their key strengths
Update scheduling systems
Issue contracts and extensions
Ensure contractors are completing compliance questionnaires
Send out handbooks
Previous recruitment based experience is useful
Administration or co-ordination experience essential
